AUDI GET SAVVY ON THE SLOPES

Every two years when the World Ski Championships comes around, brands fight to have their logo featured on the limbs of talented humans who flee down mountains. This year Audi caused a stir by swapping one competitor’s logo for a license plate. The first viewer to Tweet the number plate won the car belonging to that number plate. What we’re saying here, is that Audi had people sitting on their couch with their eyes glued to the Audi logo for 13 days. Bobble hats off to you, Audi.

Rebooting Lara Croft

The Tomb Raider franchise drop their brand new trailer starring award winning Alicia Vikander as the heroine, Ms Lara Croft. Watch Lara navigate her unusual surroundings on her mission to find her missing father. The Tomb Raider reboot is set to hit our screens on March the 16th, 2018, almost 15 years after the original.

A CLIMACTIC COLLAB

MAC has teamed up with Rossy de Palma to add a spot of class to the world of celebrity makeup endorsements (no offence, Kylie). If you’re unfamiliar with the Spanish actress, you might want to brush up on your classic films. She’s a big deal. Renowned for her Picasso-esque beauty, Rossy’s collection has an aesthetic reminiscent of cubism and boy, is it bringing sexy back. Available from October 5th at selected MAC locations.

Jessie Ware live in your living room

On Wednesday evening, hundreds of musicians across the world performed in living rooms given up by kind strangers for a worthy cause. The event, organised by Amnesty International and Sofar Sounds, formed part of a movement for a better response to the refugee crisis. Musicians taking part included Ed Sheeran, Hozier and Laura Mvula. If you missed out, check out some of the clips here.
